HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – Dennis Odom was appointed to the Sturgis City Council on Thursday night.
The announcement comes after all members of the city council resigned last week. Despite recent troubles in Sturgis, Odom provided a quote suggesting an optimistic future.
“When we get through this we are going to be a better town because of this,” Odom wrote in a statement.
