Henry Dixon, the suspect in last month’s fiery police chase in Henderson is due in court today.
A preliminary hearing for Dixon is scheduled for this afternoon.
According to police, Dixon threatened to kill his family before evading officers on February 18.
Police say they later found Dixon and began pursuing him.
During the chase, Dixon allegedly crashed into a gas station, causing one of the pumps to catch fire.
Dixon then allegedly ran into a nearby neighborhood where he was tackled by a US Marine Corps Lance Corporal.
If the judge finds probable cause, Dixon’s case will move to a grand jury.
