Third person charged in Tromain Mackall murder case

Kentucky State Police have charged a third person in relationship to the murder case of Tromain Mackall. 

29-year-old Marcus Branden Boyken of Greenville, Kentucky, is charged with tampering with physical evidence. Boyken is currently in the Kentucky State Reformatory in La Grange for other unrelated charges.

Authorities say Mackall was killed in July 2016 near the Daviess County-Ohio County line, and his body was found in a toolbox in Grayson County several days later. 

48-year-old William Howard, Jr. was arrested back in March on charges of murder, kidnapping, and tampering with evidence. 33-year-old Christopher Hill was arrested and charged last week with murder, kidnapping and tampering with physical evidence.
