Three arrested during shots fired call in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Evansville Police arrested three people after responding to a shots fired call near the downtown area.

EPD responded to the 400 block of E. Franklin St. around 6 p.m. Officers were seen crouched behind cruisers with their guns drawn.

Police said two men and one woman were taken into custody.

Adam Royal was charged with battery and intimidation.

Cayla Jo Alvey was charged with dealing synthetic drugs and possessing a legend drug.
