Three people had non-life threatening injuries at the Indianapolis Colts pre-season game against the Bengals Thursday night.

Capital Improvement, the operators of Lucas Oil Stadium, say a bolt from the roof of the stadium sheared and dropped into a seating section in the northwest corner of the lower seating bowl.

One female and one male were attended by on-site medical personnel and then transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.

A second male was treated and released on-site.

This happened with approximately two minutes remaining at half time as the retractable roof was in the process of being opened for the second half.

Once authorities were notified, movement of the roof was stopped immediately.
