Three suspects accused of killing woman found in garage appear in court

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Three people, who are accused of murdering a woman with special needs in 2018 were in court.

They are all facing at least one murder charge.

Joan Paul, Angela Paul and Gary Anderson are all being appointed public defenders.

Joan Paul and Anderson are still able to post bond for now.

All three are facing a criminal organization enhancement that could double their penalty, if convicted.

The suspects will be back in court on December 27, 2019.
