When you head back to work on Wednesday, you should be prepared for traffic on the Twin Bridges.
Starting on July 5, there will be three lanes of traffic on the northbound bridge: two lanes heading north and one lane heading south.
One lane will remain open on the southbound bridge for large trucks heading south.
Crews are going to be tearing up and replacing pavement.
Lanes will only be about 10 feet wide with a 35 mph speed limit.
Tow trucks will be stationed at both ends of the bridges in case of crashes.
This is all expected to take up to six months to complete.
