Trash pickup returns to normal in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Curbside trash pickup is returning to normal in Evansville.

A Republic Services union strike in Boston reached the city on Friday over wages and benefits.

City officials say Republic Services is still working on collecting trash and recycling that were missed on Friday.

But Monday’s service is on schedule and trash and recycling collections will be running on schedule all this week.
