Area restaurants in the Tri-State are providing Veterans Day specials to honor current and former members of the US military.
Military guests will simply need to provide proof of military service to receive the special offers.
Here are the some of the locations offering specials to veterans in the Tri-State:
Shoney’s is offering a free All-American Burger to veterans and troops.
There are Shoney’s locations in Henderson, Owensboro, and Jasper.
The offer is valid as long as supplies last and there is a limit of one per day per military service member.
IHOP restaurants are offering free Red, White & Blue Pancakes on Wednesday.
The buttermilk pancakes crowned with glazed strawberries, blueberry compote, and whipped topping will be free from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
At Texas Roadhouse, veterans and active members of the military will be provided a free lunch.
Active, retired, or former US military will be able to choose one of 10 entrees, including a 6-ounce sirloin and two made-from-scratch sides with a choice of any Coca-Cola product, sweet tea/ice tea, or coffee as a beverage.
The lunch hours will be from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Penny Lane Coffehouse
All veterans with a valid ID will receive a free coffee all day Wednesday at both Penny Lane locations.

Applebee’s, Arby’s, Bar Louie, Bandana’s BBQ, Bob Evans, Bonefish Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings, Cracker Barrel, Denny’s, Golden Corral, Hooters, Krispy Kreme, Little Caesars, Logan’s Roadhouse, Longhorn Steakhouse, O’Charley’s, Olive Garden, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Outback Steakhouse, Panera Bread, Red Lobster, Red Robin, Starbucks, TGI Fridays, and Wayback Burgers.
