Tri-Staters celebrate the Big Game

Local News

Football fans from all across the tri-state were at their favorite spots to watch the action of the big game.

“I really want to see the Rams win,” said Tina Wathan.

“I’m not a jersey girl but I wear this jersey every Super Bowl if we make it. The only time I break it out,” said 20+ year Patriots super fan Jennifer Cummings.

“We love to watch football, we love to come in and watch it together, Monday night, Thursday night, Sunday,” said Leroy’s owner Terri Carl.

Folks there were not only surrounded by screens, but friends and family.

“Cause it’s local. It’s Evansville. You can go to any spot and spend your money but this is what makes our community. Franklin Street Association has done awesome,” said Cummings .

But no matter what team the folks inside were rooting for, nothing could beat the company around them…even if it got a little competitive.
