Original Story

Two men accused in a deadly Henderson shooting are set to be arraigned on Tuesday.

Police say Elijah Roberts and Joshua Bumphus were shooting at each other on Powell St. back in November.

They say 17-year-old Autumn Burkhart was caught in the crossfire.

She died from gunshot wounds.

Bumphus is charged with assault. Roberts was indicted by a grand jury last week on charges of murder, wanton murder, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
