Two Henderson fires ruled accidental

Crews from Robards and Henderson Fire Departments were on the scene at an early morning fire at the Simple Rewards Inn early Wendesday morning.

HENDERSON Ky. (WEHT) – The Henderson Fire Department says two recent fire have been ruled accidental and unintentional.

The first fire happened on October 29, in the 2100 block of Elm St. Kentucky State Police said 63-year-old Randy Hallmark died in that fire.

The other fire was at the Simple Rewards Inn on November 20, on Washington St. That fire displaced closed to 20 people, but no one was injured.
