It happened Thursday just after 2:00 p.m. in the 8000 block of Highway 351.

Deputies were called to the scene regarding a vehicle driving off the road into a ditch.

The driver of the vehicle, 62-year-old Deborah Johnson, of Bluff City, Kentucky, had her granddaughter in the vehicle with her.

We’re told a loose dog in the road may have caused the accident.
