EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – In the summer of 1992, an unthinkable crime happened in a small Evansville home.
It involved the murder of a young woman. The man charged and convicted was an Evansville police officer. Brad Byrd talks to the mother of the victim – and the daughter of that officer – in his Eyewitness News Special Report. Patrick Bradford was convicted of murder and arson in the death of Tamara Lohr in 1993.
