(WEHT) – You might have to change how you pay your electric bill because Vectren is ending its option for customers to pay over the phone with a customer service representative.
Previously, customers could pay bills by phone through a customer service member.
You can still pay your bill over the phone, but it will be through an automated system.
Vectren said it’s ending the service to limit access to customers’ private information.
