(WEHT)- The University of Southern Indiana said goodbye Friday to its long-time President, Dr. David Rice.
Rice joined the university in 1967, when it was still known as Indiana State University, Evansville. Under his leadership, the university became the University of Southern Indiana in 1985.
Rice died on January 15th and his funeral will be held at Carter Hall on Saturday at 2 P.M.
