Walmart to spend $96 million on upgrades at 19 stores in Indiana

Local News

Walmart will spend around $96 million on upgrades at 19 stores across the Hoosier state this year.

Those renovations will include several Tri-State locations, including Evansville’s west side store.

Walmart plans to add its grocery pickup and delivery service.

It will also add a pickup tower. That’s the big orange structure, like the one at the east side Walmart where you can grab your online orders.

The upgrades will bring other projects as well.
