NEWBURGH, Ind. (WEHT)- Crews are responding to a grass fire that has shut down Sharon Rd. in Newburgh.
The Newburgh Fire Department says a man was burning leaves in his yard when the fire spread to nearby debris, including a propane tank with about a quarter tank left. The heat from the fire reportedly caused the pressure valve to release and sent a flame high in the air.
