Warrick County School Board approves reassigning four administrators

Local

WARRICK COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) – The Warrick County School Board met to discuss some personnel changes at several schools in the county.

The board approved reassigning four administrators.

The Principal at Castle High School will move to the Human Resources position.

The Principal at Castle South Middle School will become the Principal at Castle High School.

The Assistant Principal at Castle North will become the Principal at Castle South Middle School.

And the corporation’s Director of Human Resources will move to the Assistant Principal position at Castle North Middle School.

Superintendent Brad Schneider says the move comes at the request of a staff member and it’s rare to re-position personnel in this manner at this point in the school year.

“It’s not the regular but we have done that before. You may recall a couple of weeks ago we added the transportation manager. Sometimes circumstances dictate that you have to make some moves. The important thing is that we are talking about four very skilled, very talented administrators.”

The changes will take effect on January 2nd.

The superintendent says the changes won’t affect the budget.
