WARRICK COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) – A woman accused of a deadly drunk driving crash in Warrick County now has a February trial date.

Police say Debbie Hart had a blood-alcohol level of more than twice the legal limit when she hit and killed Timothy Hemmings last November.

Family members of Hemmings were concerned because they had heard prosecutors were going to offer hart a plea deal that included no jail time.

However, when Hart made her court appearance no offer was made.

Instead, a trial date was set for February 11th.

Members of the Hemmings family say they are happy with the decision.
