EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The woman accused of defrauding grieving families in Vanderburgh County returned to court on Thursday.

Caroline Rich appeared in Vanderburgh County Circuit Court. Her attorney told the judge he hasn’t gotten all items asked for from subpoenas issued.

Rich was charged with eight counts of theft and fraud. She’s accused of taking from the Dill family who lost their son, Oliver, after he was left in a hot car earlier this year.
