Woman in Henderson County jail with murder charge

56-year-old Kimberly Cunningham is currently in the Henderson County with a $500,000 bond for multiple charges, including murder.

Other charges listed on the jails website include failure to appear, fraudulent use of a credit card after being reported as lost or stolen, and possession of a controlled substance.

In 2016, Moyer Pleasant was found dead inside his home on Earl Cross Drive in Hopkins County in October 2016. In September 2018, Cunningham was indicted on the charge of murder by a Hopkins County Grand Jury.

Eyewitness News is working to confirm if these charges are new or related to her indictment in 2018.
