A Vanderburgh County man serving time for drug-related charges is accused of smuggling drugs into work release.
Jason Stuard was arrested Tuesday night after a search of his bunk at the work release center turned up synthetic marijuana.
Officers received information earlier that he had been bringing the drug into work release by strapping the bag to his genitals.
Stuard was serving time in work release for possession of meth and two other drug-related charges.
In addition to the new possession charge, Stuard faces a petition to revoke his probation.
