EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – A local woman will be recognized with a prestigious state award.

Estella Moss will receive the Torchbearer Award from the Indiana Commission for Women.

The Torchbearer Award recognizes women of Indiana who are pioneers and leaders by breaking down barriers and overcoming obstacles.
