Making a Dash for cMOE’s Birthday

News
Time to make a run for it as kids sprinted for cMOE’s annual Discovery Dash and Birthday Bash Saturday.
17 years ago, the Children’s Museum of Evansville began the health and wellness run. Children ages 12 and younger took part in a series of races to earn top prizes.
Organizers say kids can learn through play and that the race makes everyone a winner. Director of Marketing and Development, Ashley McReynolds tells us,
“We have the future workforce of the Tristate area that’s coming into cMOE to play today [Saturday] and we want to continue encouraging those children to live well and make positive healthy decisions and also encourage them to explore their dreams at the museum.”
The dash ended with a trophy presentation and everyone who participated was given a medal.
cMOE is celebrating its 8th year in Downtown Evansville.
