HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) — A man accused of being involved in a hit-and-run in Evansville makes his first court appearance.
Police say Scott Lane is charged with leaving the scene of an accident and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
He’s accused of hitting a bicyclist who is still on life support.
Police say they used witness descriptions and public safety cameras to locate him.
