One of the suspects accused of breaking into the home of Vanderburgh County Sheriff Dave Wedding is set to be sentenced Tuesday.

Maykayia Smith and three others were arrested in late 2016 after apparently bragging about the break-in on Facebook.

In the video, investigators said the group posed with a watch and liquor bottles believed to have been taken from Sheriff Wedding’s home.

Sheriff Wedding said the burglary happened while he was away.

Smith’s sentencing comes following a plea agreement.

Tuesday’s hearing is set for 1:30 p.m.
