One of the suspects accused of breaking into the home of Vanderburgh County Sheriff Dave Wedding will be sentenced on Monday.

Maykayia Smith and three others were arrested in late 2016 after apparently bragging about the break in on Facebook.

In the video, investigators said the group posed with a watch and liquor bottles believed to have been taken from Sheriff Wedding’s home.

Sheriff Wedding said the burglary happened while he was away.

Smith has reached a plea deal and is scheduled to be sentenced on Monday afternoon.

Ladonna Morton remains in the Vanderburgh County Jail. She had bond set at $1500.

April McGuire has a court appearance set for Wednesday.

A fourth suspect is a juvenile and has not been identified.
