Police in Owensboro are hoping someone can identify a person of interest in a recent theft at a music store.
They say a guitar valued at nearly $2,000 was stolen.
Police and the store released several surveillance pictures taken January 29th at the ‘Upper Room Music’ shop on Carlton Drive.
According to a post on the store’s Facebook page..
The man appeared to be faking a limp when he walked into the store. He also carried a cane.

The man apparently stuck the guitar down his pants neck first,
then covered it with his coat and limped back out of the store.

Investigators also released surveillance video from the parking lot.
Police believe the video shows the suspect’s white truck leaving the music store.
