A man previously charged with receiving stolen property in connection with a burglary in Henderson is now facing charges of burglary and theft of a motor vehicle.
Police said Christopher B. King, 45, was caught in the early morning hours Wednesday.
According to police, King was driving a stolen vehicle from Performance Auto.
Police said items were found in the vehicle and in King’s possession that were taken from Performance Auto.
King was interviewed Wednesday about the burglary.
Following the interview, he was charged with burglary and theft of a motor vehicle.
Police said King was driving a stolen Jeep with a stolen license plate on it from a separate vehicle.
King is currently in the Henderson County Detention Center.
