Man charged with attempted voyeurism appeared in court and held on a $1,000 cash bond.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT)- An Evansville restaurant worker appeared in court today after being charged with attempted voyeurism.

Police arrested Marcos Leon last Friday after a cell phone was found in a bathroom soap dispenser at Tres Reynas on Main street. A woman says she found the phone and said it was recording.

Police believe Leon acted alone. He’s been held on a $1,000 cash bond.
