A hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Gibson County case of a van that crashed in September on Interstate 69.
The crash resulted in the death of two women and injury to 22 other passengers.
James Allen, the Washington man driving the van, faces felony charges in connection with the crash.
Not guilty pleas were entered on all counts back in December and a trial by jury was scheduled for April 25.
Chief Deputy Prosecutor Sharon Werne previously told the judge an interpreter will be required for witnesses aboard the van that day, since most are Haitian immigrants.
