Map shows drug overdose deaths in each Kentucky county

The numbers come from 2016.

The top five counties for drug overdose deaths are Jefferson, Fayette, Kenton, Campbell, and Boone – all outside the Tri-State.

In our western Kentucky counties, Union County is shown to have the highest rate.
