Maxine’s Closing After 20 Years of Business

A more than 10-year-old establishment in Evansville is closing its doors.

Maxine’s Café and Bakery’s final day will be tomorrow. A line stretched through the restaurant today.

Owner Dean Miller says he likes to see the business stay, but he says it’s too late. Janna Pritchett says she was disappointed to hear about the closing and had to stop by for one final meal.
