EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Students from Memorial spent part of their morning making permanent memories at the Fall Festival.
The photography class is challenged to come out to the festival and snap some creative pictures, but here’s the catch – they use film cameras – not digital.
But earning a good grade is more than just setting the camera aperture and clicking the shutter.
“How blurry the picture is, and we have to do other things to the picture like and mount and do this thing called spotting to get rid of any lint that was on the film when we developed it.”
Students say using film is better because it can be archived unlike digital that can be lost if a computer fails.
