EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – More off-street parking will be available for this weekend’s Fall Funk in the City Art Festival at Haynie’s Corner.
An additional 25 spaces is now available on East Blackford Avenue adjacent to the parking lot behind Walton’s Comfort Food, and on a parking lot at the corner of Adams Ave. and Putnam Street.
As previously announced, off-street parking is available on two lots on Adams Ave.; one across the street from the Alhambra Theatre and the other adjacent to Haynie’s Corner Brewing Co. and a lot located on Parrett St. next to Sauced.
South East 2nd Street and portions of Adams Ave. and Washington Ave. that were closed for a water line replacement project are now open in time for this weekend’s event.
Washington Ave. east of Parrett St. to SE 6th St. will remain an active work zone with one south-eastbound lane open to traffic.
Fall Funk in the City Art Festival opens Saturday, Sept. 21st at 10 a.m.
