Nashville woman arrested after police chase in Madisonville

A woman from Nashville, Tenn. was arrested after a police chase Wednesday in Madisonville.

Larryn Owens, 20, rolled her car after speeding away from Kentucky State Police on I-69.

According to KSP, Owens was spotted driving 90 mph when a Trooper tried to stop her. KSP says Owens sped away, made a u-turn on U.S. 41, and turned back on I-69.

The police report says Owens sideswiped another car and Owens’ car rolled onto its roof.

Owens is in the Hopkins County Detention Center. She faces seven charges including speeding, reckless driving, and wanton endangerment.

One passenger in Owens’ car, Dominique Stone, 26, was booked into jail on a warrant from Warren County.

A third passenger was treated by EMS and released.

Police don’t report any major injuries.
