TEXAS (ABC News) – New video shows the moment a woman’s commute came to a screeching halt.

A woman trying to run a red light at a train crossing in Texas was hit by an oncoming train. It dragged her car against a pole, almost splitting the vehicle in half.

The train hammered the passenger’s side, dragging the car and then pushing it into a pole.

New video shows the impact from several angles.

The end result – the car practically cut in two.

Fortunately, the woman doesn’t have any life-threatening injuries.
