SOUTH DAKOTA (ABC News) – South Dakota mother, Dannet Giltz, went to the hospital with stomach pain, thinking it was kidney stones.
Instead she got the surprise of her lifetime.
“She’s like no there’s three babies in here, there’s triplets.”
Her son, Ronnie, says that it’s because of him.
“One time I seen a shooting star and I wished for a baby brother, and I wished for like two sisters for my little sister because she always wanted a little sister, I knew this day was always going to come.”
The triplets are healthy and should be home any day, but mom and dad are still in shock.
“I’m overwhelmed honestly, it’s still exploding in my head.”
“So, everyone’s like I can’t believe it, I’m like we’re still in shock.”
The couple named the triplets, one boy and two girls, Blaze, Gypsy, and Nicki.
Since their birth, friends, family and strangers have come together to donate supplies.
“It’s amazing in a small town how many people will come together for stuff that’s not expected.”
