Bill Cosby returned to court on Thursday as jurors in the trial remain deadlocked after about 31 hours of deliberations.
On Thursday, the jury told the judge it could not come to a unanimous decision.
Judge Steven O’Neill told the jurors to continue deliberating.
If they are unable to reach a consensus, the judge will declare a mistrial.
Cosby is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman at his home in 2004.
He denies the allegations.
