Man accused of stabbing brother of NFL quarterback arrested

(CNN) – The suspect in a deadly stabbing of two young men outside a Nashville bar, including an NFL quarterback’s brother, is finally behind bars.

Police arrested 23-year-old Michael Mosley at a vacant home one county east of Nashville.

Mosley surrendered to officers after they surrounded the home.

Investigators said Mosley stabbed three people during a fight outside a bar in Nashville Saturday.

Clayton Beathard, the brother of San Francisco 49ers’ quarterback C.J. Beathard was killed, along with another man.

A third victim was hospitalized.

Police said Mosley is facing criminal homicide and attempted homicide charges.

The stabbing happened after Mosley allegedly made unwanted advances towards a woman who was friends with the victims.
