(WEHT) — The King of Pop’s Neverland Ranch is for sale once again.
Nearly 10 years after Michael Jackson’s death, his beloved home is up for sale at the low price of $31 million (low meaning the original asking price just two years after his death was $100 million).
Neverland was Jackson’s home until 2006, when he was charged with child molestation. Although, he was acquitted, the association of the charges with the ranch made it difficult for Jackson to continue living there.
The estate is located in Santa Barbara County in Los Olivos, California.
