Rare two-headed rattlesnake found in New Jersey

National & World

NEW JERSEY (CNN) – Two men in New Jersey discovered a baby rattlesnake with not one head, but two heads!

They’ve named it “Double Dave” and the snake is only about two weeks old.

A Herpetologist and his colleague stumbled across the creepy – but kind of cute crawler – when hunting for timber rattlesnake nests.

Double Dave’s tongues flick independently, which means he has two different brains.
