Study ranks best and worst states for healthcare

(WEHT) — MoneyRates.com just released a new study, ranking the best and worst states for healthcare.

Illinois was ranked 13th best, Kentucky was ranked 28th, and Indiana was ranked 29th.

Here’s a look at the top 10:

1.    Massachusetts
2.    Colorado
3.    Vermont
4.    Wisconsin
5.    Minnesota
6.    Nebraska (tie)
6.    Washington (tie)
8.    Iowa
9.    Hawaii
10.  Connecticut
