(WEHT)- Customs and Border Protection agents seized over 200 pounds of liquid meth near US/Mexico border in California. Authorities say that’s worth roughly $266,000.
A Customs and Border Protection dog alerted agents to the truck’s gas tank, where they reportedly found a liquid substance that began to crystallize and tested positive for meth.
Officials say they’ve seized more than 40,000 pounds of meth since October. A 36-year-old American citizen was arrested though authorities have not released a name.
