Pennsylvania dairy creamery owner accused of fraud

(WEHT)- 68-year-old Philip Riehl faces up to 45 years in prison after being accused of defrauding millions of dollars from the Amish and Mennonite communities in Pennsylvania. Riehl was the owner of Trickling Springs Creamery until it filed for bankruptcy in December after closing in September.

Authorities say Riehl defrauded 300-400 people, many of whom were members of the Mennonite and Amish communities who wanted a safe investment. Riehl reportedly diverted $60 million in investments to the business
