New Evansville sister cities exhibit open at cMoe

A new exhibit is open at cMoe geared toward teaching kids about Evansville’s sister cities.

The kids world gallery connects visitors to cities in Japan, Germany and Mexico.

Inside the room are many hands-on activities regarding language, food, education, and much more.

You can even take a picture in the mayor’s chair to be the future mayor of Evansville.

“We want kids to learn that there are kids all over the world that are just like them just in different areas,” said Ashley McReynolds with cMoe. “So, we are really focusing on cultural areas and also new language skills and how to play together in this space.”

cMoe wanted to make sure the exhibit was made just right.

Eyewitness News is told it took six years to plan and complete.
