LAS VEGAS (AP) — O.J. Simpson takes the stand today in a Las Vegas courtroom in a bid to win his freedom.
Simpson has been serving a 9-to-33-year prison sentence for his conviction in the armed robbery of two memorabilia dealers.
Simpson has said he never saw any guns during the 2007 hotel room confrontation that sent him to prison.
And witnesses have testified that they’re not sure if Simpson’s then attorney ever told him about a plea deal in the case.
