A new Otters season is underway as Evansville kicked off their 25th season of baseball at Bosse Field on Friday night.
Fans of all ages flocked to Bosse Field for a night of baseball and lots of fun.
“It’s Mother’s Day weekend so I’m here with my family enjoying a fun night of baseball,” said Otters’ fan Cindy Wonders.
Kids had a chance to play in a kid zone, interact with Evan the Otter, and of course enjoy some baseball. The Otters gave the fans something to cheer about on the diamond too, as Evansville won 9-4.
The Otters will be back at Bosse Field on Saturday. This is the 25th season for the Otters, the oldest team in the Frontier League.
