Pizza Chef Restaurant and Pub in Newburgh is closing its doors. Owner Cary Beckner says July 31st will be the last day for the restaurant.
Pizza Chef closed for a short period of time when the pervious owner Charlie Willet decided to retire in 2014. Beckner bought the restaurant from Willet and has kept it open ever since.
Beckner says he plans to open a new restaurant with a different menu and new name in Jennings Station where Tin Fish used to operate. An opening state has not been set.
